What happens if employees refer a friend and they're hired?

As a flydubai employee, after someone you have referred joins flydubai, you will receive points. The number of points received will vary based on the job grade of the person hired but the great thing about these points is that they can be converted into vouchers and redeemed against purchases from the online flydubai Staff Shop.

The more of your friends that are hired to join us, the more points you can earn and the more you can buy! So happy referring means happy shopping!
